ninja potential

i know that ninjas in this game aren't overpowered, but i want to be able to lay the smack down when needed. That being said, I've incorporated some dinos and dragons for power. Unfortunately it still feels like its missing something to make it much more of a threat,but I'm unable to pin down where.
