dueling strategy trees

this has often confused me, since different deck types have various pros and cons, what is the basic combat "triangle"(a bit simplified,I'm aware but its what i got) for current dueling schemes.
i don't mean archetypes decks themselves but the strategy(burn,beatstick,lockdown,etc..) that shape said archetypes . With all the decks available today on DN and in real life, it wouldn't hurt to know this, simply for the fact you can better prepare yourself. What i am asking is for more or less a greater then/ less then concept on on deck strategies. If there is enough info, then there could be some sort of chart made at some point from this.
